Print a copy of the worksheet for each student and go around the room dicussing the topics like: what day Groundhog Day is celebrated, what the weather forecast is for that day, whether the groundhog will see his shadow depending on whether it’s sunny or cloudy, and what it means if he sees his shadow or not. There’s also a place to take a tally of each student to see what they think will happen on Groundhog Day!
