This item is designed to help your student succeed in higher mathematics by understanding the order of operations, also known as PEMDAS. PEMDAS stands for Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, and Subtraction, which is the order in which an equation is solved. To make practicing PEMDAS fun and easy, there is a game called PEMDice. In this fast-paced game, students roll dice and create equations using the numbers, fractions, operation symbols, parentheses, equal signs, roots, powers, and factorials on the dice. The goal is to earn points by creating equations that use the most dice. The game comes with 30 color-coded dice, an activity guide, and a shaker. The activity guide includes game ideas for middle school and high school students, and the game can be played solo, in pairs, or in small or large groups. This item is suitable for students in grades 5 through 12.
